And there's your secret to surviving the post-apocalyptic velociraptor infestation, folks. You don't have to be faster than the 'raptors, you just have to be faster than McBee. Fortunately this does not sound difficult.

The ban of penicillin may not have to be done at all Third Man. Penicillin is become more ineffective everyday. Penicillin has been over used since discovery. The 'bug' is getting immune to penicillin. Soon penicillin will be ineffective for just about everything. There has to be other antibiotics created. The more we move ahead the the faster the 'bug' adapts. There are plenty of infectious diseases that we have no known cure. Eventually what penicillin would cure will not work anymore.

It would also make it rather hard to distribute the penicillin.

Fall out only occures if the warheads reach the surface. Current nuclear stategy encompasses air burst. Radiation? Which type is delitory? Our sun irradiates us daily, through our homes.

I guess you ascribe to the violent action as the most effective, I do not. As a healthy young person you have never seen the ravages of infection. You have always lived in the world with penicillin. In a world without penicillin the most minor infection is your death. And everyone knew it before 1928/30

That is because of miss use. For every person like myself who doesn't like taking pills there are twice as many who do like it and stop on a penicillin regime before they should.

And thats why my bioweapon idea is very effective, have it have a "waiting period" till it has spread into society, spread around the world, from one country to the next, then have it go live. It would be a suddle suprise to the world, no one would be expecting it, no one would be able to respond, all of a suddent, people would just start droping dead, at a alarming rate.

Because of this general state of panic, we often fail to recognize big problems that aren't particularly sexy to the media. One of these problems is the developing crisis regarding the effectiveness of antibiotics. Simply put, they don't work as well as they used to.
Viruses and bacteria are becoming resistant to our most common antibiotics. Consider these facts. Of the roughly 100 antibiotics we have, every bacteria strain that causes us illness has developed at least one strain that is resistant to an antibiotic treatment. Nearly 20,000 people die in medical facilities every year from antibiotic resistant bacteria. When it comes to blood poising and pneumonia caused by Staphylococcus aureus, we are down to our last effective antibiotic - Vancomycin.

As you can see..we do not have to do much about anything in population reduction. Eventually a microbe will take care of the issue.

Continued miss use and the ball already rolling concerning antibotics, there is no reason to ban penicillin. Soon penicillin will be useless. Those ills that penicillin once cured will now kill.

Come up with a theory that developing antibiotics is bad for animals, its like playing god, its bad for the economy etc

soon enough, those groups will come and force the UN to ban antibiotic development
then the bacteria will kill us

The question was how to reduce the world population. NOT wether it should be done. If you believe "Soon penicillin will be useless." lets ban it now and stop paying the money.

The bacteria is already working on killing us all. Pneumonia today is a very serious issue.
