Oh, there is mental healthcare of a sort. Mostly temporary, (ten days max)
Long term care has a waiting list so, those who are in the worst need of treatment get put back on the street. Starting to get the big picture about the chaos we see these days? The criminally insane get tossed in a prison, not a hospital.
Know of any unclaimed islands?
