Was looking at this news story this morning and felt quite sick at the thought of what has taken place.

Looks like she's admitted the crimes so is the death penalty still an option in Utah?

If it is, you can only execute her once.

Makes you sick to your stomach, eh?

I'm still wondering who would be desperate enough to impregnate this crazy woman. Her husband was in jail after all.:hmmm: You would think a box of condoms would be a cheaper alternative to prosecution and would secure the secret of your indiscretions from your incarcerated spouse.

Oh, that's right. She's a few bricks shy of a load.

99% sure it still is.

But they don't have an express lane like Texas does.

a 500 yd stare?

C'mon now! a little post-partum depression consideration here gents!:nope: The lately incarcerated Mr. West (her hubby) sure didn't take any chances on being an 'accessory after the fact'. Of similar interest where the death penalty in #1 in executions-Texas- was overturned; and sure to come up in defense: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrea_Yates @Jimbuna: Utah still has execution by lethal injection; the firing squad was discontinued but is available if selected prior to 2004. Of course Mr Gerlach of Washinton fame would say:" As Christians, we believe in redemption!" I expect McNaughten(insanity defense) will apply here. http://newsbcpcol.stb.s-msn.com/amne...rue_lfalse.jpg Megan Huntsmann vs Andrea Yateshttp://i.cdn.turner.com/trutv/trutv....-prison-ID.jpg

In Moses's time it was a basket float down the ol' (nile) river; all these modern dames seem to use plastic bags! And not only does it go on all over the place but for some considerable time as well...http://archive.archaeology.org/9703/newsbriefs/ashkelon.html

I'm no expert, but it looks like the mental healthcare system in the US is really screwed up. Maybe politicians should realise that?! :nope:
