Let me ask around. The USS Drum guys may already have some close-up shots. They recently posted a bunch of interior shots at www.submarinemuseums.org.

Here's a picture of the USS Cod's Motor Order Telegraph from the control room with red lense...

I hope this fits your request.

You have to install this Mod first with JGSME and then add a line to menu_1024_768.ini with JTxE.

Download -> http://www.file-upload.net/download-...graph.rar.html
(Filefront = http://files.filefront.com/JTxE+Red+.../fileinfo.html)

JTxE Download here -> http://home.arcor.de/jimimadrid/MiCasa/SH4/JTxE.exe

If you prefer to modify the menu_1024_768.ini manually then you have to change this line:

[G3F I51]
Mat 0=data/menu/gui/layout/Dials_telegraph.dds

regards

Thanks, Jimi! Two thumbs up! I hope that you didn't have to spend too much time on it.

I'll just modify the .ini file manually.

I noticed that the original MOT has a battery charging order, too. Would it be possible if we added that to the dial that we could map the option to toggle the battery charging button on and off in the menu bar? I know that you mainly do skins. This is just a hypothetical.

I found only a battery charge option through the ordersbar.cfg. I do not know how to implement this button through the menu_1024_768.ini, which would be necessary to add this order to the gauges.
No change for me - would need the help from menu1024_768 gurus.

PS: CapnScurvy noticed a fault in the german dials. The imperial and metric uses both the 260 m depth gauge. I have corrected this and added a download on the first post.

regards

WOW!

The american whites are GORGEOUS! The one thing that stops me from DLing them is the lack of a central bearing dial on the compass that I have grown so addicted to having. Also, there is something in RFB (I believe) that makes the dials VERY big, and 'explode' (as ussual) even bigger on mouseover. That is a blessing for me cause the original sizes, even though they enlarge as well, were not big enough to allow me the accuracy on the compass I desired.

All in all, this is absolutely superb! Amazing! Great work!

Regards,
Mr Sargyano

PS I love your greenlamp (with gold border) mod also! *sigh* I'm really going to have to 'adjust' RFB.

I have to apologize jimimadrid. If I EVER get these files downloaded they're going up on my Filefront page where they can be downloaded. Over 30 minutes and I haven't got a one. It refused to work at all with Firefox and it's busy pretending that it has intentions to work with Internet Destroyer. But no joy yet.

Another 30 minutes later.... Nope. Isn't going to work at all. I'll try again another day.
