Yeah, you are probably right. I said the same thing about the Bears D, but they add Peppers and by golly, not so bad.

Still I am still not sure to laugh at, or to put their fans out of their misery. Kind of like the end of 'old yeller'....

Minnesota better get their act together. They are getting dangerously close to losing the Vikings to California. I am old enough to remember losing the Lakers to California in '58. It was sad.

They have been trying for several years to get a new stadium deal but all attempts to fund it have been failures. The Gophers and Twins both got new stadiums and no longer play at the dome. The Vikes have refused to renew their lease saying the dome is too old and is unprofitable compared to other NFL stadiums.

So far so good in the 49er game.

They must be starting to get some respect as they are actually on TV in the New York area.

Looking forward to Patriots and Giants as well.

Any time I get to go to work and insult all the Giants fans after my "garbage 49ers" won again. Plus I am a huge Tom Brady fan, except when he's playing my squad

I truly love football season.

This just in:

Cam Newton has thrown for 530 yards, rushed for 120.

The Panthers D continues to doom the squad.

The Panthers lost during the bye week.

Sooooooooo. from laughing stock of the league to a solid defensive, run based, smashmouth , turnover forcing team about to win the division by Thanksgiving.

I can't wait to play Green Bay, or New England. I want to see if we can hang with the big boys.

It hurts to suck for so long, and be laughed at for so long. Pardon my glee.

Harbaugh deserves coach of the year, hands down.

He's always been a brilliant guy. Look what he did with Stanford and it seems to be translating to the pros. Which unless your name is Jimmie Johnson, doesn't happen all that very often. Good luck the rest of the way.

My fear is they win sloppy. And against a well honed team like a GB, NE, which we haven't seen yet (and will) I fear Alex Smiths flaws will come to light.

Truth is the niners have gotten by on defense, and David Akers great field goals kicking from distance. Our quarterback is subpar, but improving. Jim Harbaugh being a QB himself seems to be the first coach in 7 years to get through to him.

It is like the Detroit Lions, a tragic cinderella story, and fairy tales always make you smile even if they are fake (i.e you lose in the end)

GB will win it all. Rodgers is too good. That's the scientific reality based guy speaking. But we can hope for miracles

New England and New York scoreless at half. Pigs making cross country flights, and Jesus sighted in Scranton.
