Not sure I want to start messing with the chemical/hormonal balance of people who are already mentally ill.
Who's to say that removal of body parts is going to get rid of this desire? Will it act as a deterrent, when already criminal punishment and feelings like those displayed in this thread do not act as a deterrent?
