If I put the manager in the 1.5 folder will I be Able to play the full american campaign and never access the stock folder.

but the manager will only work and access the game files it is installed into.

it does not look to a preset game folder but instead it "reads" the game folder it is in and only access and works for that game folder. in this way it is up to you what it makes changes to.
