Both light and magnetism are both transmitted by the same type of photons in the
standard model. Neither can be transmitted inside the event horizon.
Yes you can 'suspend' a black hole magnetically. Not inside like you say, but around it, yes. With little or no mass, the black hole will not be able to suck it in.
