:rotfl:Semantics will kill us all I've tried to read several of them and I find that I need a PHD in law in order to determine who should interpret them for me I don't however have too much trouble looking at voting records. Fortunately there are only three choices, Yay, Nay and WTF? I wasn't there that day. Way too much of the last on both sides of the fence.
