You're right, but no one is also forcing them to live off a welfare check either, which means they are not forced to take the test either, so I doubt one could hold that charge up.

They do not need to be forced to live off welfare. Living off welfare is their daily job. People make a living working over the system. Some do it very well. What sucks about it is that some people really need the assistance. Sometime the issue is created by them and sometimes not. Job loss, etc. These are the people who have to put up with a lot of crap and waiting for assistance because the freeloaders are busy clogging up the system. Welfare is a system that has been so bad for so long that people think what they are doing is status quo.
