GWX 2.1 Morse Code Messages Question

Speaking of which, I don't seem to be able to recreate the problem (or hear any morse code for that matter). Granted, I haven't gotten more than a few days into a career after reinstalling the game and installing GWX 2.1, but I've added messages for each of the first 3 days of my patrol, received them on the way to my patrol area and saved the game. When I reload the saved game, the messages don't repeat

Are there any other mods involved? Would it be possible for someone who is having the problem to zip up their saved games folder and the ...\data\Campaigns\Campaign\messages_en.txt file from their game installation for me to use for testing? In the meantime, I'll keep trying to recreate the problem. Thanks.
