Yes it is the last afloat armored cruiser.
Here AVEROF as flagship leads the rest three greek pre-drednaughts to the desicive battle of LEEMONS (January 1913)  And here is of the equal historiacl value the Russian light cruiser AURORA. A survivor of Tsusima and participating in the Octoberzka Revolutzija! Now still afloat!
