But they haven't done that here. Hate speech was not a term coined by the government as far as I know. You can't say if it happens in Europe it'll happen over here. Different culture. And here's an article I think you'll enjoy, SUBMAN:

I disagree. The UK has been a mirror for decades of where America is going in the future. We are not on seperate paths. Quite the contrary.

Free speech, including hate speeches. If somebody wants to spread hate publicly, then so be it. However, I'd have something done if a complaint was filed against the speech and person who gave it.

You know how you stop most hate speech? Slander and libel and a decent lawyer.
