Help!(probably been said before but I cant find it)

Okay its not working I dont think...it still looks like stock SH4 1.4...And it doesn't seem any other mods are working.This is the mods I'm trying to run

ROW PE 3
Max optics over stock
RSM 1.2
NSM4 Classic
Captain Midnight's CBS Radio
Torpedos 25% more powerful
Warships retextured 1.3

Update...
For some reason I got a few of the mods to work(Wierd right?)
Mods that are working

NSM4 Classic
Max optics over stock

Anyone have any advice to get ALL the mods working?
