In fact I only ran into small naval TFs with Heavy Cruisers and the only time I saw any DDs they were dumb as office furniture. They exploded out of nowhere. I'm using TMO, RSRDC for TMO, NSM4. What gives here?

I'd like the TMO & RSRD that you have as I don't plan on getting the ADDON.
