wwi U-35 problem, imports ok but then crashes

finally back on the home machine

she still refuses to load in game, I went back to the base model,

polys are less than orig by 1/3

texture is corrrect size and type,,

both import into the game just fine.

but in the scenero loadup,, it fails every time.

I have confirmed, it is only the hull that is the problem,, all other parts will load and show.

Just the silly hull,

any suggestions
