I don't know about copying over all your mods since most of them will probably be affected somehow by the patch, but basically that's it. Just don't forget to use multish4 to give each install a seperate save folder in "My Documents".
By uninstalling the game, you remove the registry entries so you shouldn't have any registry problems. |
