I'm actually not sure if SH4 even has German voices... but you can try installing using the German language option and see if it does. If this is the case, then just copy the speech folder out of that installation, and paste it into an English installation.

Alternatively chuck in the SH3 speech files and see what happens.

yer I dont have Sh3 to grab the speech files from, that was my first idea..

I'll try install in german and see if the sailors speak in german..

Well if they don't, then it's really poor form to release a U-boat mod without German voices.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not surprised. Its the typical kind of oversight that the devs would make. Although it would be cool to play U-boats in the Pacific, its just a sales ploy. Not really a huge amount of content added IMHO.

Not my cup of tea, due to the fact you could call it a what if add on. No thank you I got better things to spend my money on like a good WW2 book.

Yeah, but not buying this addon could ruin Ubisoft Romania, and that means ruining the development of WW2 sub-simulations for years to come.

U 862 was the only German U-boat in the Pacific and sunk an American merchant ship on the Australian east coast, all other German Monsun U-boats operated from the island of Penang (Malaysia) in the Indian Ocean and South China Sea.
