Ok, up on TM 1.7.6 and so far is it is not working

I have SH4 Version 1.4 and loaded TM per the instructions. All I have is TM 1.7.6, TM sound, GFX-ROW V5 loaded and that is all. SH4 was a clean install.

Again, I ask, is TM 1.7.6 ONLY a manual system for torpedos ???

Sorry about the title but it was very frustrating because I remember this with the first TM 1.7 having the same problem.
