 ROW or Reflections on Water is what you are seeing, although UBI did improve the graphics in 1.4. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=122408 Check out the 1.4 compatability thread as far as mods. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=126875 Maybe do a couple of installs and try out a few of the mods and decide for yourself.
