hey guys, I have just come back from a job a long way a way. Thankfully i'm back and im up to date with patch 1.4, what are the best mods to improve my graphics, i've seen a few screenshots that cannot be stock engine settings. Any help would be appreciated.

ROW or Reflections on Water is what you are seeing, although UBI did improve the graphics in 1.4.

Maybe do a couple of installs and try out a few of the mods and decide for yourself.

Sometimes, modders here are good to point that out or they do their best to make it compatible with other stuff.

Are the 3D clouds good? or should i go for the very slow normal ones?

They are all well done, I use the 3-D ones, little more substance to them.
