XO: "Sir, is it really necessary to drown the whole crew and ruin the tea-time cucumber and spam sandwiches just to hunt for u-boats?"

Capt.: "Well smarty, how else we goin' ta find 'em?"

XO: "err, what about the ASDIC, sir"

Capt.: "Dammit XO, why doesn't anyone remind me about these things before we get out here with our butts all wet! Oh well, bring me a gin fizz, all this seawater has made me thirsty."
