GWX Reload Problem

Can't load GWX. Had a comp crash so I did a total system reset. Made sure SWIII was not on my machine. Reloaded SHIII to my C drive. Downloaded the 1.3 patch from UBISOFT and installed it. Umm you said you downloaded the 1.3 patch and GWX is complaining you need the 1.4 patch?
