5string74, Photobucket is wonderfully easy:
Under the picture is a list of options. Just click (not even right-click) on the bottom one - the one that says "IMG Code". You will automatically get a little sign that says "Copied". Now just come here and right-click in your post, and select "Paste". It will put the IMG tags there for you, and you're done.
