From the deck of the H.M.S. Battleaxe moments after a collision with U-407 in a gale 100 miles northeast of the Azores.



Not long after this photo was taken U-407 slid back into the depths and Battleaxe detected her hull giving away. Battleaxe was credited with a kill.

Killer photo of the watch crew, Tarjak. I agree with the comment "nice depth of field." The crease marks and age marks adds to it's beauty.
You too must have some photo experience.
