Default TM 1.6 and LBO

I have a question about LBO and TM 1.6.I may not have it set up correctly. The F4 view is wonderful, but using the F12 view looking down,I see a quilted like aberration, kind of like a chess board.I only have TM 1.6 and LBO modded in right now.I think I installed LBO first, then TM 1.6.I been reading something about having to change things a bit with a mini-tweaker.I used JSGME to install the mods.My graphics is set at medium, with only the right hand side being used.My puter would handle max graphic settings at 1680x1050,but I prefer the lesser setting.I hope someone can set me straight. Thanks in advance for any help. I would like to thank Leo and Ducimus for their efforts. The community owes them a lot!

The problem is detailed here and you can see what is being done to correct it.

For future reference, it's probably better to post questions regarding mods in the mods forum.
