I'll try to answer your questions, but i may not be right in all this. 1 and 2. It sounds like you do not have the limited fuel option selected in the realism options 3. That is unfortunately just something that we all have to put up with 4. The blue outlines on the crewmen mean that that creman is elligible for one of the medals or promotions that you have earned. Select the chosen crewman, then drag the medal over him joe
