You can convert ogg files in .wave or .mp3 an editing the files with an audio editor and put more gain.
After you invert the operations if you want to back in .ogg
I precise in my files i think its not necessary to make this operation . i have already make this ! Put more gain and the sound is very saturate after !! because i have already put the sound in maximum !

notes:If you have downloaded the file before 21 july 20h15 please REDOWNLOAD IT
Many errors in the events.ini was repaired and some sounds reworked !! the events.ini crash game to desktop!!
