closer look at radar. help

someone did a tweak or mod so that you could see thr radar scope closer up, i find it is to far away to define contacts and speed.
can enyone remember where this very handy file is.
i apoligise, but cant remember who did it.

, doc1133 to make it JSGME compatible just place it in the proper folder stucture mentioned above: sh4/data/library/, or just remember to make a back up of the original and install manually.
