True but Judge Joe Brown would nail him with punitive damages and find several cases against Judge () Pearson and judge accordingly :rotfl:

Pity we can't sue these people for the mess they've made of this world.
You can't say that!

I'll sue!

Anybody miss the Summum of all court shows, Texas Justice?

Any judge who rides a horse is OK by me.

Any court clerk who can stare down a hysteric mother into submission is OK by me.

I wish these were the guys hearing the case. Then it'd be processed with the proper level of humor.

Update:

http://www.welt.de/vermischtes/artic...uer_Hose_.html

Not funny anymore, but turning into a serious existential tragedy.

This sick bastard carries on. The Chungs have lost already 100.000 dollars, their attorney says, and already had to sell two of their former three shops, the case runs for over 2 years and their nerves are in ruins. It seems this bastard-judge will not give up before he has successfully destroyed the rest of their existential basis - and then drive them into prison for the rest of their lives, or what? Why is it impossible to stop this crime going on, and stop it on the grounds of "Sittenwidrigkeit" (immorality)? In Germany it is a solid principle of jurisdiction and would prevent this sicko to successfully continue with his case. and sueing the Chungs for initially 67 million for a lost trouser would have been impossible from the beginning anyway.

Has anyone ever checked if this "judge" maybe is a racist and hates Koreans for being Korean?

And then we also have this:

Nebraska State Senator Sues God

By NATE JENKINS – 1 day ago
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — The defendant in a state senator's lawsuit is accused of causing untold death and horror and threatening to cause more still. He can be sued in Douglas County, the legislator claims, because He's everywhere.
State Sen. Ernie Chambers sued God last week. Angered by another lawsuit he considers frivolous, Chambers says he's trying to make the point that anybody can file a lawsuit against anybody.
Chambers says in his lawsuit that God has made terroristic threats against the senator and his constituents, inspired fear and caused "widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth's inhabitants."
The Omaha senator, who skips morning prayers during the legislative session and often criticizes Christians, also says God has caused "fearsome floods ... horrendous hurricanes, terrifying tornadoes."
He's seeking a permanent injunction against the Almighty.
Chambers said the lawsuit was triggered by a federal suit filed against a judge who recently barred words such as "rape" and "victim" from a sexual assault trial.
The accuser in the criminal case, Tory Bowen, sued Lancaster District Judge Jeffre Cheuvront, claiming that he violated her free speech rights.
Chambers said Bowen's lawsuit is inappropriate because the Nebraska Supreme Court has already considered the case and federal courts follow the decisions of state supreme courts on state matters.
"This lawsuit having been filed and being of such questionable merit creates a circumstance where my lawsuit is appropriately filed," Chambers said. "People might call it frivolous but if they read it they'll see there are very serious issues I have raised."
U.S. District Judge Richard Kopf, in an order last week, expressed doubts about whether Bowen's lawsuit "has any legal basis whatsoever" and said sanctions may be imposed against Bowen and her attorneys if they fail to show cause for the lawsuit.
The Associated Press usually does not identify accusers in sex-assault cases, but Bowen has allowed her name to be used publicly because of the issue over the judge's language restrictions.
Cheuvront declared a mistrial in the sexual assault trial in July, saying pretrial publicity made it impossible to gather enough impartial jurors.

And the plaintiff calls on the following witnesses:
The mayors of Herculaneum, Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, Zeboim, Pompeii, Lot's wife and all of Noha's neighbours

Anyone want to have a stab at witnesses for the defence? And jury selection?

This is soooooooo sarcastic to the so called "fair judical system" famed by the USA

Clearly, the quantity demanded to redeem for such a trousers is ridiculous, and everyone with sense cn feel it

I just hope that the "judge" is banned from being a judge anymore, and got himself broke after the court ruled his attempt to gain a huge rip off unsuccessful, and have to pay a huge indemnity to compensate for his greediness.

I hope this guys case fails and that he has to pay back all the lawyer fees to the defendants. This is pure evil in my book. Makes me sad for the state of things and the outlook for the future.

I mean - the guy offered him $12K for a $150 pants that the guy claims were worth $800!!! And this guy is a judge too! Pathetic.
