The best place to put new tweak files is in your Mini Tweaker 'tweak file' folder. It's always a good idea to create a new tweak file folder specifically for SH4 tweak files, maybe labeled 'SH4 Tweak Files' or whatever. I usually don't change the names of the tweak files when creating or converting them to SH4. I don't advise overwriting your SH3 tweak files with any of the SH4 tweak files that have the same name. Best just to make a new folder.
