[REL] Scene.dat Tweak File

**Released!** Scene.dat Tweak File for TimeTraveller's Mini Tweaker utility


This tweak file allows modders to change wind, weather, waves, water reflections, water currents, fog, underwater clarity, sky colors, rain, clouds, and other environmental settings located in the SH4 scene.dat file.

To use this tweak file, you must first install Mini Tweaker utility by TimeTraveller.

If any modders use this or other tweak files to create your own mods, please remember it is common courtesy to mention the names of those who provided you the tools to allow you to create your mods in the first place.
