That's already the "install" process. Once you've done that, everything's fine.

...and to let your mod work(a great mod btw ) must i start a new campaign?? couse in my current campaign the planes keep coming

Thanks. You don't have to start a new campaign, this small mods works once you've enabled it. Planes WILL still appear, but far less than in stock SH4.

Keep in mind that once you've been detected the frequency of enemy air strikes will increase dramatically! So, don't get detected in the first place.

If the japanese detect you, hide (dive) for a couple of hours until the situation cools down.
