[REL] Balao class submarine, Update 1.1

UPDATE RELEASE Balao V1.1 (also for patch 1.2)

Because there are no hi-res skins at this moment..
I used today to built a much cleaner less weathered skin.
This downloads has 2 versions.

One with sub number 181 (no other numbers can be done yet because of mirror images).
The other one without the numbers.

It's a good thing I can't make mods, or I'd start putting spoilers on the subs and make them say "Type R" on the side.

That was also my reason for starting with thsese skins.. I thought the boats really look strange.. especially if you were used to the Fubars U-boat skins of SHIII.

In my opinion the game now looks better..

ohh.. and I am now working on new number decals (no more 101 181 only) and Purpoise class.

Still working on it.. But first I have to solve the lighting problem.

These are SUPER. I personally love clean skins with just a touch of weathering, instead of rusty scows.
