Default [TEC] Is Foxer Simulated & Used in SH3?

As the title suggests, was this included in SH3 & is it functional.

Here's a wiki about Foxer if you don't know about it.

Aces of the Deep featured the foxer pretty nicely. You could easily hear the sound whenever a DD ran over you and the TVs became pretty useless. If SH3 has a foxer implemented (which I doubt) I haven't come across it yet.

What about the other large mod packs?

This is just to satisfy my curiosity.....well and to know if it can be added convincingly.

Sadly...or happily, Foxer is not implemented in SHIII and as far as I am aware it is not implemented in any of the Major mods...or any mod at all. Every once in awhile the idea of a "Foxer Mod" pops up but nothing as of yet has come to fruition...i think it would be a difficult mod to do with any sort of accuracy (each time I think this though some intrepid modder proves me wrong).

There is someone with the talent to accomplish this looking at the problem now.

Say no more....

I don't know if i should praise you for your idea or damn you, these DD's are quite hard to hit already!
Seriously though, great idea for a mod. Anything that gives you better immersion is more than welcomed.

There's no promises but he said he'll try to find a way to implement them.
