This is a fair ask for all mods that can be done this way, but not all can.

A number of mods need to be manually installed because they make changes to things such as config files, which need to be changed by other mods too. To installing these mods via JSGME would destroy them. The same was the case with SH3 for things like additions to the menu1024x768.
