Problems to end carrier missions

As i have told you. I did go all the way back, to the dock,stoppet there. Heared the welcome music,however,i tryed to save it but i got only the option return to mission,not return to the base. So i had to travel a little,after around 10 days i finaly could end my mission suddenly,i dont know why.This problem is something i have never had before,only after installing Gwx.
