Tabb/ yomp 8 miles with a bergan weighing 18kg. in under 2hours.

This is the basic level of fitness that everyone is expected to pass with out fail.
Time for a new job in my book. So what is required of the older crew at your job? I can not see a 60 year old doing this workout without cardiac arrest on the spot.
New job? I love my job and love fiz as well
As for the older guys the are not any 60 year old people i know of at my work. Oldest i would say is in there late 30's.

Some sort of discrimination going on here:hmm:. Just what is this job that precludes the older folks?
