Once when a friend dropped in, I had the game running. While we chatted, the wind picked up and the sea gradually changed from dead calm and sunny to rising waves and increasing clouds, after two hours, I had some pretty choppy seas and overcast skies. It was pretty awesome.

Otherwise, I've never been slow enough on TC to observe a 100% change of weather. I've been trying to catch it by running on 64 TC and going back to TCx1 every 15 minutes, until getting tired of it without luck,

The bloody weather stays bad on and on and on and on and on. Grrrr. Right now I've been in a gale for 3 weeks. 2 weeks in fog and rain. Double grrrr.
