It doesn't contain all the goodies in the Super duper version. I just looked at the German Amazon site and don't quote me on this but assuming it's the same contents for the UK edition, it includes...

96 page recognition manual (may not be spiral bound & is 20 pages shorter than Limited Edition version)

The dvd, the pen, the certificate, the metal tin, the medal, the notebook, the art cards

...basically the fluff is eliminated but I think I'd miss the DVD.
