Hmmmm really strange:hmm: I would suggest you save the game, exit and re-load it. See if it works then

How much time (game time) passed from the moment you order the torpedoes to be loaded? Also try ot leave your mouse pointer on the torpedo that is being loaded. There should be a number there. Another reason is possible damage to the torpedo tubes. Are they damaged?

I don't think so, because I fire tube 2 while waiting for tube 1 to load and the external to load. :hmm:

Yes, I can take a snap of the screen and put up the link to them.

It has been 8 hours since I fired tube 1 :hmm: and it's still in queue and that's when I asked to load the external.

Ok, try this. Go into Silent Running (Z) & then come out.

There is a save/reload bug where you save while in Silent Running but when you reload the game does not show you that you are still in silent running mode.

The only thing I could think of is that everyone of the crew in the bow torpedo room is overexhausted with the fatigue level at lowest point. Could you check that. Try to put an officer there, maybe that helps...

Isn't the torpedo in tube 2 loaded too?

If it's not that, the only thing left is a bug, I think. Nasty one.

Try letting your bow torpedoes to fully load before you load the external torpedo in to the reserves slots.
