I thought I'd give GWX a rest and play SH3 (which by the way worked fine prior to my using GWX).

I have three torpedoes that have "waiting in queue for loading" and I have travelled several km and they will did not load.

The bar about the bow tube is full green and I cannot figure out why the torpedoes will not load. Oh, one of them is the forward external as well.

Rob you're either running in silent mode or you don't have enough (fresh) crew in the torpedo compartment. To load the torpedoes you must:

1. Have the autoload icon clicked in the Weps screen.
2. Disable Silent Running
3. Have enough crew in the compatment (see the bar on top of the compartments in the Crew screen. If it's fully green you're Ok)

To load external torpedoes you must
1. Be on the surface
2. Disable Silent Running
3. Have enough crew in the compartment
4. Drag the external torpedo and drop it in the internal reloads

Well I just checked and auto-loading box is checked. I am waiting for tubes 1 and 2 to load and the external to load.

Everything is as it's supposed to be, but I cannot figure out why they are all in queue?

How much time (game time) passed from the moment you order the torpedoes to be loaded? Also try ot leave your mouse pointer on the torpedo that is being loaded. There should be a number there. Another reason is possible damage to the torpedo tubes. Are they damaged?
