and you need to alter the GameSettings.Cfg file to play with the realism settings

In the save directory in My Documents find the latest save point for your current career, then find (IIRC) the last Patrol**.cfg. Towards the bottom of this cfg there is an entry for DELTA RENOWN. Put any figure you like.
