Don't forget: you have the advantage only when those DDs are unaware of your presence. The moment they know you're around, you're the prey. Only stealth will save you. When the DDs are on top of you, dropping DCs, use flank speed until you reach 6 knots. Immediately order 2 kts & drift turning slightly. By the time the DCs explode, you'll be about 80-90 meters away from the position they are dropping on.
