You know, a resupply ship has very limited possibilities. You can't choose like in a supermarket, you can get only the torpedoes they have aboard. And you're not the only client, so you can't take only what fits you best and leave the crap for others. :P

The problem isn't not having a choice as to which torpedoes you'd like resupplied . . . it's that they replaced pre-existing torpedoes he already had.
