Radio messages in GWX?

Yes I know, but even if your time acceleration is not interrupted, you´ll want to find out what the message is about (at least I was always afraid to miss omething important), so...

I tend to differ sometimes I go at 4096 tc and when a "radio message is recived it does drop to "1"
