Judging from the file-structure of the mini-patch, I think it goes into the main SH3 folder.
The fix has: 1- a data folder 2- a documentation folder 3- a MODS folder 1 and 2 overwrite SH3/GWX-files. 3 overwrites the old light-harbor mod. At least, that's how I understand it. Haven't installed it yet, though....1st need to get back into base, but I'm close.
