No. They both use the three campaign map files, as well as a lot of others. Whichever you install last will overwrite the other. Same with any supermods; if you know what you are doing you can combine your favorite elements of different mods, but installing them one on top of the other will only give you the last one installed, and might possibly give you a mess that doesn't work, plus a huge headache.
