Taking a leaf from the original game (Silent Service), how about a Single Patrol option?

Tang and Turk Atoll (O'Kane) Rescue pilots and some shore bombardment thrown in to boot!

Wahoo V Destroyers (Morton) "Destoyers gunning, Wahoo running!"

Halibut under depthcharge attack, November 1944 (Galatin) Convoy attack with the longest depthcharge attack on a US Sub which suvived. (250 Depth charges! The Hull so so damaged it was bent inward)
