Happened to me once heading to a patrol off the English coast. Cruising along at 512x TC then shhhhzt shhhhztt MEDIC! dead. Was drowned before I knew what happened.
So I reloaded not even thinking about mines, I thought it had just crashed or something, flying along at 512x TC about at the same place and I noticed my rudder was about 3 degrees off center. Wondering why I hit external ship cam and lowered into the water to look at the rudder. RIGHT THERE in front of the camera was a mine!! EMERGENCY STOP! Managed to slowly back away from the three mines I could see there. |

wow, lucky you. I never did see what they looked like. On a side note, lol freakin pipe. I dread hearing that noise. It is like the first thing I hear everytime I get damaged. god every single sub in the game has that pipe doesn't it?
